Profile:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Accounting and Audit
- Monthly accounting and bookkeeping for PRC GAAP accounts in Chinese.
- Month-end expense accrual
- Preparation of head office reporting in English under US GAAP as per parent company's
- requirement
- Prepare reconciliation from PRC GAAP to US GAAP for monthly group reporting purpose
- Co-ordination with India Finance Team for Month-end Inter-company charges
- Monthly submission of customer wise information to India Finance Team for Billing and revenue recognition from a Group Accounting perspective.
- Monthly Inter-company cross charge working from a Transfer Pricing perspective
- Accounting and maintenance of Fixed Asset Register under PRC GAAP and US GAAP
- Responsible for completion of annual audit under PRC GAAP
- Review Bank Reconciliations
Tax Filing and Compliance
- Monthly business tax filing and stamp duty compliance
- Monthly individual income tax filing for local employees including the new regulation filing and declarations for local staff
- Monthly individual income tax filing for expatriates including the new regulation filing
- Monthly or Quarterly statutory filing work for local Finance Bureau and Statistic Bureau
- Quarterly Corporate income tax filing
- Annual IIT filing and declaration of key income earners
Payroll Function
- Processing of Payroll payment for all China employees
- Maintain Payroll register for all employees, prepare monthly calculation of salary, taxation and benefits, for local and expatriate employees
Banking and cashier function
- Manage supplier payment and employee reimbursements including accounting in Excel / Group ERP Package
- Review supporting documents for payments
- Foreign currency conversion as required
- Maintenance of Petty Cash
Operations
- Ensure the integrity and timely delivery of all internal and external reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of operational and system efficiencies
- Development of accounting processes, policies and manuals
- Provide financial and operational support to the business
- Ensure that all reporting and corporate financial requirements are met
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
· CPA under US GAAP / PRC GAAP with 4-7 years of Post Qualification Experience
· Self driven
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Strong People management skill
PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience on Microsoft AX. Working knowledge on US GAAP
