This would be someone with 7+ years of DBA experience with Oracle and technologies like Flashback.  We need people who have real production/operational experience DBA.

 

-          DB admin, setup. Configure, backup, restore.

-          DB performance tuning and trouble shooting

-          DB utilities development, PLSQL, scripting.

-          Data warehousing, ETL experience.
