As an executive firm working on a retainer basis, our fee schedule is 25% - 30% of the total first year's cash compensation for each position filled with our assistance. We also have a minimum fee requirement as follows: RMB 80,000 for National / Regional / Global position search RMB 60,000 for Managerial position search RMB 30,000 for junior position search We provide attractive fee schedule for long-term corporation clients and HR agent business. Upon signing the agreement, we'll charge the non-refundable retainer of RMB 10,000. When the incumbent report to work, we'll charge the remaining fee.
