Job Responsibilities:

Work as part of a China-based software development team in cooperation with colleagues in the United States. Perform testing and performance tuning for SAS products under multiple application servers and multiple operating systems. Also, some development and technical support work will be involved. In more details, the responsibilities of this position include:Design, develop, analyze, and execute testing plan and procedure.

• Design, develop, analyze, and execute testing plan and procedure.
• Perform software deployment, configuration, and diagnostic in the testing.
• Perform both functional and performance testing including developing testing case and script, and analyze testing result.
• Discriminate between legitimate defect and unrelated problems.
• Track "bugs" and verify fix accordingly.
• May design, develop, integrate, maintain, and document testing tools.
• May develop products/solutions based on SAS BI/EBI platform.
• Provide technical support to non-English market.

Qualifications:

• Administration experienced on Web application server, such as WebSphere, Weblogic, Tomcat or JBoss.
• Good knowledge of multiple operating systems, such as UNIX, Windows and z/OS.
• Experienced on developing or testing web applications. Experience on J2EE compliant web applications involving relational databases and/or SAS in an enterprise environment is preferable.
• Experienced on automation testing tool, such as LoadRunner is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience on Single Sign On and web application authentication components, such as WebSeal and SiteMinder, are preferable.
• Knowledge and experience on network security, such as firewall.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good written and spoken English.

• Data Warehouse and BI knowledge.
