Key responsibilities (not limited to)
¡¤ Help to take the lead on various business development projects and existing searches.
¡¤ Take co-responsibility of further development of our team in Beijing.
¡¤ Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment;
¡¤ Take over on business leads from other clients, candidates, colleagues and partners
- Analyze and bridge between client and candidates ¨C deliver the solutions in timely matter
¡¤ Manage the process from the first client talks through search, interviews, evaluation, to offer stage and beyond. This you do with great support from our Chinese and foreign headhunters.
- You will be working close together with experienced consultants from whom you will able to rely on solid execution of Searches, including professional handling of clients and candidates
- You will have the opportunity to take into a managing role in Access People as soon as you have the experience needed to have the trust from clients, candidates and your colleagues on the services we deliver and the methods we use for it.
- You report to the Managing Director, and work closely with our consultants at all levels

¡¤ We are looking for a result and service oriented person, who can build trust with clients and candidates from the start of the relationship
¡¤ You can lead by example and motivate other people to support and follow your lead
¡¤ Preferably you have some experience from HR Consultancy
¡¤ You like the daily work of communication and meeting with many new people
¡¤ Strong it getting things executed and always with a positive attitude
¡¤ Team oriented and open to share info about opportunities and challenges with others
¡¤ Good English skills, and maybe some Mandarin and other languages skills also.
¡¤ University degree
