The Job:
¡¤ Responsible for our platform mechanical system, owner of products;
¡¤ Design, calculate and document; prepare system and component specifications; test and verify selected components and systems within the area of responsibility;
¡¤ Prepare the required production documentation, like bill of materials, drawing, test specifications and process instructions;
¡¤ Maintain and update products design as needed; development of key mechanical components, drive-train, gearbox, structure etc.
¡¤ Redesign, upgrade mechanical components as requested;
¡¤ Provide solution to any technical issues, failures happen at workshop / site; and reflect all change to product if needed;
¡¤ Improving, innovating product to reduce cost, enhance quality, remove safety issues;
The person:
¡¤ Master or above in Mechanical Design is preferred
¡¤ 8+ years in related field of Mechanical design Field
¡¤ Design experience on mechanical products;
¡¤ Have strong knowledge on drive-train, gearbox, bearing, structure etc;
¡¤ Excellent problem solving capability on mechanical components;
¡¤ Load analysis, FEA, ANSYS experience is plus;
¡¤ Familiar Pro-E is highly preferred;
¡¤ Wind industry experience highly preferred;
¡¤ Good communication and presentation skills;
