|
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The SAP Global Customer Communities organization as part of the SAP COO Board area is responsible for the relationship with SAP User Groups. These customer-driven organizations provide to SAP an opportunity to engage directly with SAP customers and partners and receive unbiased feedback. SAP¡¯s relationship with these groups is crucial to validate strategies, influence product roadmaps, and enhance overall customer experience and adoption of our products. User Groups are strategic to SAP as they provide us with an unfiltered view of the market needs and requirements, helping us to continue being a customer centric organization.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Tasks of the Global Customer Communities organization include managing overall relationship with User Groups around the world, gathering customer insights and the Voice of the Customer to influence SAP strategies, decisions and enhancements for products and services. In addition, the Global Customer Communities helps SAP to build and support sustainable customer-centric engagements with different stakeholders across all SAP Board Areas (Field, Product Management, Solution Marketing, Development, Support).
Tasks • Plan and execute to setting up SAP User Group in China • Once,setting up user group,then • manage the setting up and daily operation of SAP User Group China to maximize the values of customers and SAP including member registration, recruiting, event and conference, programs etc. • Collaborate with customers and SAP User Groups to deliver international prioritization of customer product requirements, and manage the technical infrastructure and process. • Enable and support international collaboration between SAP and User Groups, ensuring engagement around various product or service related topics. • Engage with different SAP stakeholders and experts and support collaboration activities with customers. • Deliver market research studies about SAP or User Group defined topics, in collaboration with the SAP User Groups around the globe
Establish, support and manage to grow SAP User Group China into a maturity level as a Formal, independent organization managed by customers with the support from SAP: • Establish 1 official neutral SAP User Group in China • Engage 10% to 25% of the total install base in China to be affiliated with the group within a year • Have formal programs as services for members in place with focus on education and networking and prepare for Maturity level1 • Set-up a long term and close cooperation with all LoBs in SAP China and Eco-systems to provide services to members • Representing customers in SAP to communicate with existing SAP ecosystem worldwide, such as other user groups
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES • Strong self-motivation,self starter with customer focus • Experience in inter-cultural work within a global virtual team • Marketing and communication experience with strong execution capability • Planning/Project management skills • Understanding of SAP¡¯s solution portfolio • Solution Management and PIL@SAP experience desired • Technical skill: End-to-end Surveys and marketing event Execution • Technical skill: Wiki, SAP Collaboration Workspace or other Collaboration tools • Strong communication skills • Strong negotiation skill to manage related parties • Business fluent in English
WORK EXPERIENCE • 5+ years experience in Customer advocacy roles, e.g.: marketing, strategic planning, business development, solution management, support etc. • Good understanding and communication skills of customer requirements in SAP solution portfolio
